The General meeting in Bratislava was attended by 11 countries, India, Italy (passed their Power of Attorney to France) and Poland (passed their Power of Attorney to the Czech Republic) apologized. After a long time, delegates from Kazakhstan were welcomed back into the “USIC family”. The General meeting had a quorum. 

USIC President, Christophe Parel introduced the delegates his report, General Secretary, Miroslav Kaprálek verbally added his written report and Peter Lienhard presented the Treasurer’s report and  the draft budget for 2026. Joseph Bourggraff presented the Auditors’ report and proposed a discharge for the Treasurer. The documents on which the General meeting votes were approved.

A separate item was sports matters. CTT Chairman, Sébastien Picca reported on changes in the rules of some sports and on the course of the championships in 2024 based on the reports of USIC representatives. The preparation of the championships for this year and the sports calendar for the years 2026 – 2028 were also discussed.

The Board's proposal to merge the men's and women's championships was approved and, starting in 2026, the championships will be organized uniformly as country competitions.

The General meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere and at the end, the USIC President thanked the Chairman of the OZŽ, František Zaparanik for the quality organization of the event.
