USIC President, Mr. Dominique Paget, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the International Railway Sports Association (USIC) and the International Union of Railways (UIC) represented by Mr Loubinoux, General Director of UIC on 6th of July 2016 in Rome in Italy.
